Welcome to Covenant Lutheran Church where we Love God, Love Others, and Serve with Joy.
Who Are We?
We are a Lutheran Church in Temple, Texas that is part of the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America). We are a congregation that gathers (in-person & virtually) to worship, learn, and serve together. We strive to embody our logo of "Love God, Love Others, and Serve with Joy!"
Covenant Lutheran Church began as a gathering of believers in a home. We were organized December 6, 1981 and the building we currently worship in was dedicated June 7, 1987.
We welcome people from all walks of life and we want to help and serve everyone. You are welcome here!

There are endless ways you can get involved and give back to both the community and the church.
If you are interested in participating in any of these programs or wish to learn more about them, give us a call at (254)773-7718 so we can get you into contact with the right people so that you can start volunteering. We also encourage participation in our Sunday services. There are lots of fun jobs to do at either in-person or online worship. Some people enjoy being readers and others prefer to be greeters or helping with the coffee and cookies. |
